We cannot accept returns or exchange for normal wear and tear. Please be advised that ALL natural rubber boots are subject to environmental damage caused by heat, direct sunlight, and freezing temperatures, so please use your rubber boots for their intended use, in the rain and store them indoors.
Customers returning goods without authorization, will not be credited.
